In the Spring time we turn to a number of radish varieties and all of them make Maki Rolls special. We’ll also suggest a few new maki vegetables to your palate. Perhaps they are not in the ordinary line up, but we think they are a remarkable accent for sushi rice, the basis of maki and sushi.

You’ll produce a heaping plate full for your friends, so invite them for tasting at 1 pm and we bet they will find your new talents quite remarkable.
