We've been doing yoga since the first day we worked and we loved it so much that we're doing it every day now.


One yoga session takes about 15-20 minutes. Each day a different person can lead the yoga.


We all do it with pleasure and with a lot of enthusiasm. We think it's great how the body develops and you can already see after 2 weeks how the body moves better and is more flexible. If we do yoga in the morning, the work is easier and after work, the body is not so exhausted. :)

Some of the group like to go running and of course yoga is a must after the sweaty activity.
